4N – 5D :: Silk Route of Sikkim

First Day:  Arrival at NJP Railhead / Bagdogra airport & transfer to Resikhola (approx.135 kms). On arrival check-in to eco- village home stay and after lunch visit in an around the river bed. Dinner & stay overnight at Resikhola.

Way to Reshikhola. Over at Kalimpong sub division

Second Day:  Morning enjoy the Resi River and after breakfast transfer to Aaritar (approx. 25 kms) via Dak Bunglow, Museum, Shivalays mandir. Check-in at hotel in Aritar and visit the Lampokhari (Aritar) lake, Mankhim view point and in an around. Overnight stay.

Third Day:  This morning after breakfast drive to Gnathang valley (approx.85 kms) via Rhenok, Rongli, Lingthum, Padamchen, Zuluk . On arrival check-in to your home stay & rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at Gnathang home stay.

Fourth Day:  After breakfast start for Kupup, (Haati Lake – Elephant Lake), Yak Golf course (world’s high altitude Golf course), over view of Memencho lake, over view of Jelep La (pass), Old Baba Mandir etc.

Kupup is a part of the historical silk route and traces of young husband’s track are visible. An environmental park is being developed here. There is also an ice hockey field. The yak golf course is the highest golf course in the world at 13025 ft. And is recognized by the Guinness book of world records. Cups of hot tea energize the travelers. Lhasa is about 520 kms. from kupup. Enroute visit Tsomgo lake, New Baba Mandir, and gate of Nathu La (pass). Overnight stay at Gangtok (total journey approx.75 kms).

Fifth Day:  After breakfast transfer to NJP Railhead / Bagdogra airport.
