6N – 7D :: Mysore – Hassan – Chickmagalur – Hospet – Hampi – Badami

Day 01: Bangalore- Mysore (140 km)

Morning drive to Mysoor, also known as the City of Palaces. Its grand and imposing palaces, majestic temples, gardens, broad shady avenues, fine buildings and a salubrious climate leave an ever-lasting impression on the visitor. Check in to the hotel. In the afternoon visit the temple & the huge Nandi Bull on Chamaundi Hill & then allow sometime for shopping; Mysore is famous for its sandalwood & silk. In the evening visit Brindavan garden lighting show and Krishnarajasagar Dam. Then back to hotel and over night stay at Mysore.

Day 02: In Mysore

In the Morning proceed for full Day sightseeing of Mysoor. Visit Mysoor palace, Mysoor zoo, Srirangapatnam, Channapatna Toys Centre, Ranganathaswamy Temple, Fort, Tippu’s Summer Palace, St.Philomina’s church, Mysore Railway museum and Art Gallery. Over night stay at Mysore.

DAY 03: Mysore – Hassan (115km)

Morning drive to Hassan. On arrival check-in at the hotel. In the afternoon will visit the Chennakesava temple in Belur and Hoysaleswara temple at Halebid known for Hoysala architecture. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 04: Hassan – Chickmagalur (58km)

Morning drive to Chickmagalur, which is decked with picturesque hills, emerald green forests, valleys, streams, stunning waterfalls and impressive temples, nestled in the mountains. This well-known coffee town is ideal for trekking. Visit Baba Budan range which has one of the highest mountain peaks between Himalayas and the Nilgiris, St.Joseph’s Cathedral, Kondandarama Temple and Sringeri pilgrim centre. Over night stay at Chickmagalur.

Day 05: Chikmagalur- Hospet/ Hampi (227km)

Travel to Hospet and check in at the hotel on arrival. From Hospet you will visit the ancient city of Hampi. The place has several places that are of great interest to tourists such as Virupaksha temple, Vittala temple and Hazara Rama temple, the huge and imposing sculptures of Ganesha and Narasimha, the Queen’s Bath, Ramachandra temple and Lotus Mahal. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 06: Hospet – Badami

Morning drive to Badami that is situating in a gorge between two sandstone hills. On arrival check into the hotel. Visit the rock cut exquisite caves at Badami, the splendid temples at Patadkal & Aiohle , the Fort on top of the hill and the Malegitti Shivalaya on top of another hill. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 07: Badami – Bangalore

Morning proceed to Bangalore. On arrival transfer to the international airport/ Railway station.

8N – 9D :: Bangalore – Coorg – Ooty – Mysore – Wayanad

Day 01: Arrive Bangalore + Drive to Coorg (290 Kms / 5 – 6 Hrs) On arrival at Bangalore, meet our chauffeur waiting for you and proceed towards Coorg. En route Coorg visit the famous Buddhist Monastery and the Golden Buddha Temple located in Bylekuppe. Bylekuppe – One of the largest Tibetan settlements in South India, it is known for its monasteries, handicrafts, carpet factories, and incense factory. Arrive Coorg in the evening and check into the hotel. Rest of the day free at leisure. Evening free for relaxation. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 02: Coorg After breakfast, enjoy sightseeing of Coorg visiting Bhagamandala, Omkareshwara Temple, Madikeri Fort, Abbey Falls and Raja’s Seat. Evening free at leisure. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 03: Drive Coorg – Wayanad (115 Kms / 3 – 4 Hrs) After breakfast, check out of the hotel and driver to Wayanad. Arrive Wayanad in the noon and check into the hotel. Later Proceed for the sightseeing visiting          Banasura Sagar Dam, Chembra Peak. Evening free for relaxation overnight in the hotel.

Day 04: Wayanad  After breakfast, enjoy sightseeing of Wayanad visiting Edakkal Cave, Pookode Lake and Soochipara Falls. Evening free at leisure. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 05: Drive Wayanad – Ooty (110 Kms / 3 – 4 Hrs) After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to Ooty. Arrive Ooty in the evening and check into the hotel. Later enjoy sightseeing of Ooty visiting Botanical garden, market place. Evening free at leisure. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 06: Day Excursion to Coonoor After breakfast, enjoy a day trip to Coonoor. In Coonoor enjoy visit to Sim’s park, Lamb’s rock and Dolphin’s nose. Return to the hotel later in the evening. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 07: Drive to Ooty  – Kabini (160 Kms / 3 – 4 Hrs) After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to Kabini. Arrive Kabini in the noon and check into the hotel. After lunch and some relaxation, you have an option of going on for an evening Vehicle Safari (Optional). Return to the resort later in the evening and rejuvenate yourself. Overnight in the Hotel.

Day 08: Drive Kabini – Mysore (80 Kms / 2 – 3 Hrs) After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to Mysore. Arrive Mysore in the noon and check into the hotel. Later proceed for sightseeing of Mysore visiting Maharaja’s Palace. Later in the evening proceed to KRS Dam and Brindavan Gardens. One can also enjoy Sound & Light show in the Gardens. Evening free at leisure. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 09: Drive Mysore – Bangalore Drop (140 Kms / 3 Hrs) After breakfast, time free until noon. Later check out of the hotel and transfer to Bangalore rail station / airport in time for your onward journey.
